200 Club information and Standing order mandate

Our "200 Club" helps raise funds in a savings account for rugby development and improvements to the fabric of the club and fields.
We'd be delighted if you agreed to take part; and to avoid having someone running round collecting the £10 monthly dues, we have set it up so that all the income is collected by standing order.
Please download both forms, fill in the required sections and return both forms to the club at the address on the introduction form.
Please note that we must have the original signed documents and are unable to accept scanned and emailed documents
