• All members of Carlisle RFC are entitled to park on the grounds whilst conducting
activities connected with Carlisle RFC or Carlisle Squash Club (subject to compliance
with these rules). For the purpose of these parking regulations, all members of
Carlisle Squash Club are considered to be a member of Carlisle RFC.

• All members are designated with an initial 4 hour period for free parking. A parking
disc should be used to record the time you have parked. These are available from
Council Offices. In the absence of a parking disc you may record the time you leave
the vehicle in another manner but please ensure it is displayed in your windscreen. If
no time is displayed a ticket may be issued.

• If your activities at Carlisle RFC or Carlisle Squash Club will continue beyond the 4
hour period please re-set your disc / time entry.

• If you have a valid membership of Carlisle RFC or Carlisle Squash Club please obtain
a parking permit from either Carlisle RFC or Carlisle Squash Club. You will need to
provide evidence of your membership to obtain your permit. You will also need to
provide your car registration number to be displayed on the permit, or your full name
can be written in place of the registration.

• Permits are not transferrable to other people. They are for the use of the relevant
member only. If it becomes apparent that your permit is being used by a third party
we may withdraw your entitlement to park free of charge.

• It is a condition of your membership that you use the parking in accordance with
these rules.

• If you receive a parking ticket and you believe that has been issued incorrectly, please
contact Cumbria Parking Services on the following email address
info@cumbriaparkingservices.co.uk. Please provide your membership details
together with a full explanation as to why you consider the ticket has been
incorrectly issued. Please also provide confirmation of the party from either Carlisle
RFC or Carlisle Squash Club who can verify your use of the facilities at the time of
the ticket.

• Please note that Carlisle RFC use all monies they collect toward furthering Rugby in
Carlisle and the immediate vicinity. We therefore ask that all members keep this in mind when using the facilities.

• It is important to note that neither the staff at Carlisle RFC or Carlisle Squash Club
have any bearing on the enforcement of the parking arrangements.
