First aid training at Carlisle Rugby Club Sunday 19th May 9am to 4pm
Nobody wants to see this on the pitch but as a physical sport, injuries happen, even sometimes without any contact.
Its important that to protect players we have enough people suitably qualified to look after them when things go wrong.
There are never enough volunteers to do this, and the more people that volunteer to help out, the lighter the load on everyone to cover games and training sessions.
The club are running this course, provided by the RFU, to help expand our pool of first aiders for each and every rugby squad, young and old.
Could you help out?
If you are interested then message Bill Glendinning, the Club's RugbySafe Lead, through this link and we'll contact you to discuss the details.
