
The meeting is later than usual due to administrative reasons with the annual accounts audit unlikely to have completed on time. The board agreed to change the date to enable the essential attendance of the auditor.
There are currently seven board members, three of whom (chairman, secretary & treasurer) are elected annually in accordance with the constitution. A fourth member (safeguarding officer) has to be elected each year to comply with RFU directives.
Current board members are: D.Harty (chairman), N.Gisborne (treasurer), D.Morton (secretary) and Mrs S.Bleasdale (safeguarding). Other members are Messrs Plummer and Barron together with Mrs S Meakin.
Nominations are required as per the attached paper and must be made on the formal nomination paper that accompanies this notice. Forms must be signed by the nominee proposer and seconder. Non – compliant fo9rms will be rejected.
